Shipping Information & Returns
For parcel shipping, Eliah Sahil works with the shipping service provider „Österreichische Post“ (Austrian Post). Here we have the best experience to ensure our customers the fastest possible and safe delivery. The duration of shipping always depends on the country of delivery and the current shipping volume at our shipping service provider. Please generally expect a longer shipping time before/on holidays. Eliah Sahil has no influence on the shipping times of its service provider. The duration of the delivery depends further on the selected payment method, so it can come with prepayment to delays, which arise from the general bank processing times.
Shipping times are Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00 (excluding holidays).
The applicable sales tax is included in the shipping costs. The calculation of the respective valid sales tax for a delivery country is calculated from a fixed net price and the sales tax determined based on the customs code (Tracic Code) for the respective delivery country.
The amount of the shipping costs depends on the respective country to ship, as well as the pricing of the shipping service provider. For a transparent and simple design of the shipping costs, flat-rate prices are stored for the delivery countries. These are currently subject to strong fluctuations, therefore Eliah Sahil reserves the right to adjust them if necessary. The current shipping costs are always visible in the order process.

Returns
Within 14 days after receiving your order you can return the original sealed products to us. Please send us an e-mail stating the reason for withdrawal to office@eliah-sahil.com to inform us of the return. We will credit you the purchase amount within 14 days after receipt of the package.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
