Do you use chemical ingredients?
No, we completely dispense with the use of chemically modified ingredients. Our products are free from surfactants, gluten, parabens, paraffin, silicone, palm oil, animal testing, chemical fragrances, microplastics, preservatives and animal ingredients. Our products are 100% derived from nature and completely natural.
Are all products certified organic?
Yes, all products consist of natural raw materials from certified organic farming.
Why is organic better?
BIO (i.e. organic) cosmetics are not the same as natu- ral cosmetics, as certified organic products deliver the highest degree of naturalness, healthy ingredients and a maximum content of raw materials from certified or- ganic cultivation. Our products are 100% derived from nature and feel completely natural. This not only protects skin and hair, but also our environment.
Are all products vegan?
Yes, we respect the right to life of all living creatures, so we do not use any animal ingredients in our products, nor do we have them tested on animals.
Are all products free from palm oil?
Yes, we completely dispense with the use of palm oil in our cosmetic products.
How can I dispose of the refills?
Our refills are made from plant material and are 100% biodegradable and industrially compostable.
How can I dispose of the packaging?
Our plastic-free aluminium cans and glass bottles are 100% recyclable. Just take them to your nearest waste glass and metal collection point.
Order & Return
How can I place an order?
By clicking on the button “Add to shopping cart”, the desired product will be saved in the shopping cart. By clicking on the button “Continue to checkout”, the order process is continued. After entering your personal data and desired method of payment, your order will be summarized in an order overview. By clicking on the button “Send order” your order will be sent to us. You will then receive an order confirmation by e-mail.
Do I need an account to place an order?
Yes, you need an account to place orders with us. If you already have an account with us, you can simply log in with your access data, otherwise you will have to register first.

Can I change my order?
If you have already submitted your order by clicking on the button “Submit order”, you can unfortunately no longer change your order personally. If we have not yet shipped your order, we can still change your order. Please send us an e-mail to bestellung@eliah-sahil.com.
Can I return my order?
Yes, within 14 days of receiving your order you can return the original sealed products to us. Please send us an e-mail stating the reason for withdrawal to bestellung@eliah-sahil.com to inform us of the return. We will credit you the purchase amount within 14 days after receipt of the package.
Who pays for the return shipment of my order?
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
